What Women Want—Life Full of Fun & Laughter

What do women want? I asked and you answered. Number five on the list: Women want a life full of fun and laughter (apparently with some good shoes thrown in).

I can be a pretty pensive, reflective, introspective, and every other kind of “ive” thinker and nothing helps me to lighten up better than a hearty laugh.
I thought I’d share a few pictures to share the laughter love…

When is the last time you laughed so hard your gut hurt?

  1. I don't remember...but it was probably with my husband. We like to laugh. :) And we don't take ourselves too seriously.

  2. It had something to do with my son and his enthusiasm as a NY Giants fan around a ton of Patriots fanatics. His comebacks are so quick. ;)

  4. My husband is currently growing out a beard, and any time he comes near me with it, I cannot stop laughing. I laugh so hard it hurts. Poor guy. He looks really handsome with it, but it's like kissing a totally different person. So weird.

    1. Ha! Ha! Oh, Julie, I'm not a beard lover--I'd probably do the same!

  7. I had lunch with my sister this past week. We live about an hour apart and met at a Wendy's halfway between us. Karla writes romance, too, and is a really funny person. She said something that cracked me up so much that I was roaring. Yes, people stopped to look, but I didn't care. I was having fun and figured they wished they were, too. =)

  8. I LOVE to laugh. But a good gut-buster doesn't happen nearly as often as it used to. Too much busyness, I think. Great reminder not to take myself and situations so seriously today ;}

  11. We were at a party for our girl scout troop this weekend and the girls are getting just old enough that they stop talking when we come in the room. One of them started singing (sort of to distract us from asking her questions) and we were laughing about it being a shuffle step distraction technique.

    Later, all the moms were sitting around talking and several of the girls came in and heard the tail end of our conversation which made them start asking lots of questions. One of my best friends, started singing and did a little shuffle step dance out of the room which a. totally confused the girls and made them stop asking questions and b. made me laugh so hard. Seriously, just bent over.

    Sorry for the long comment, but it was soooo funny! Probably doesn't translate well.

  12. Hubby and I got the giggles over something goofy last week. My daughter and her boyfriend thought we were nuts! I couldn't stop laughing and had tears streaking my cheeks. Nothing like a laughing spirit to ease all stress...
