Every Friday I’m going to ask a question. The questions I choose might be ambiguous on purpose. The goal is to have you answer the question according to your beliefs, where you’re at in life or a circumstance that might have recently impacted you. The only thing I ask is that you provide an explanation for why you answered the way you did.

I remember the first time I saw my mom crying. She was bawling, actually. I was in fifth grade. I took my time walking down our long lane ...
Hands down...one earth-shattering, life-changing thought! Those are moments we never forget.
ReplyDeleteGosh, you're up early! Good question! If the one, life changing thought is about Jesus, then definitely that one! After a decision like choosing to follow Christ, the good thoughts will hopefully, and fruitfully, follow.
ReplyDeleteGoing back to sleep now! :P
One life changing thought. Going thru life with small good thoughts might lead me to be complacent in life. Where one life changing one would give life more meaning.
ReplyDeleteI guess I am hundreds of solid good thoughts--I think I am the need something steady to get me through:)
ReplyDeleteI'd take the one life-changing thought, because those are the ones that have a way of opening the door to new and exciting avenues of possibility.
ReplyDeleteHundreds of good thoughts. More is more, right? :)
ReplyDeleteDefinitely one life-changing, earth-shattering thought...because that leads to hundreds (or more) good thoughts. :)
ReplyDeleteHundreds of solid, good thoughts! If I chose one life-changing thoughts, what are the rest of my thoughts like? I shudder to think ;)
ReplyDeleteGood Morning! So glad we have crossed paths girl, loving your site! What a great question! I guess I will have to with one life-changing, earth-shattering thought. I get thoughts and ideas all the time, but sadly enough it is usually the large ones that get accomplished first {or for that matter at all} Why do we all have to be so busy these days? {haha} Hope you have a wonderful weekend! xoxo
ReplyDeleteI like the big bang!!!
ReplyDeleteSince Christ died for my sins and I accept Him as Savior, I am forgiven and will live with Him forever!
Hundreds of thoughts. They keep life interesting, and I never know when one of those seemingly ordinary thoughts can lead to something far bigger.
ReplyDeleteHundreds of solid thoughts. They keep you going day after day.
ReplyDeleteBTW, I love you, and I love that you help us know ourselves better by these cool questions.
One life changing thought. Followed later by smaller good ones:)
ReplyDeleteI'm the slow and steady type, so hundreds of thoughts, but then again, I also like high drama, so one great, big earth shattering thought would be good. No, as a writer, I'll go with hundreds. Somehow I gotta fuel lots of writing.
ReplyDeleteHundreds of solid good thoughts! I like consistency and stability.
ReplyDeleteOne big one to never forget and transform me forever! :O)

I'd like the one but then the hundreds too.....
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed your blog. Very insightful
ReplyDeleteHope you will find blessings on mine

Someone once told me that salvation is like winning the lottery. Either you get the annuity payment plan, or you take all your money at once. Either way, the goal is that it will last you for your whole life.
ReplyDeleteI tend to think that, because I'm on the annuity plan (became a Christian at a very young age, and that has led to a relatively solid, but not very dramatic spiritual life), and I generally am comfortable with the way my life has turned out, that I would like to have a lifetime of good, solid thoughts. But I also think that one life-altering thought could do the same thing. So I guess I would say either one would be great for me.
Gee lets see... I have good solid thoughts all the time. I'm up for something earth shattering. I hope it involves some long forgotten treasure buried in my yard, or the sudden birth of the world's most perfect plot line. Either or or.
ReplyDeleteI'd take the string of solid thoughts. In the end, it is the 'small' things of relationship and time and faith that matters. Our lives turn on tiny hinges.
ReplyDeleteOne life-changing thought. I've learned I have to draw at least one thing from an experience and think about it, dwell on it, learn from it, enjoy it, etc. Otherwise, it gets lost in the "hundreds of things" and I lose it. Interesting question.
